If something is not right, we will make it right.

Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, or the print is defective, send us a photograph within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost to you. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

Made to order
Every piece is printed individually rather than pulled from stock, so we are not able to accept returns for change of mind alone. Please check the measurements before ordering — and if you are between sizes, contact us first and we will help you choose.

How to start
Use our contact page with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply to every message, usually within one business day.
