Shipping policy
Every Virtus et Gloria piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you: your piece is produced after you place your order and then shipped directly to you. Delivery happens in two stages, production and shipping, and the times below include both.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Production time
2 to 8 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Shipping time (after production)
- United States: 2 to 9 business days
- Canada: 10 to 31 business days
Estimated total delivery time
- United States: 4 to 17 business days
- Canada: 12 to 39 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods (from late November through the end of December) and in case of carrier delays, production and delivery may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If your order contains more than one item, the items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Duties and taxes for Canada
Orders to Canada may ship from the United States. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs or by the carrier are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@virtusetgloria.com. We can update the address only if your order has not yet gone into production. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time above, or the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at info@virtusetgloria.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.
